About me
Hey, I’m Cloe.
I’m a visual artist based in Las Vegas, NV. If you came all the way here to learn about me, you’re in the right place, and I appreciate your curiosity for the roots of my art.
My work explores the movement of emotions and thoughts, shaped by the rhythms of music and the textures of nature. I create both physical and digital art, translating these experiences into immersive visual forms that capture the flow of feeling and energy around me.
For my physical paintings, I work in fluid art, pouring prepared acrylic paint onto surfaces to create abstract patterns. I experiment freely, mixing in materials like oil, soap, chia seeds, or whatever sparks curiosity, letting the painting evolve naturally. Sometimes these pieces remain as they are. Other times, I photograph them mid-flow and use those images as the foundation for digital paintings, manipulating and transforming them into new compositions. One painting session can generate multiple pieces, each with its own life.
My digital work also grows from observation and listening, but mainly it's a practice of being present. I often draw inspiration from music I discover in my day to day life or from textures and patterns I encounter while hiking or walking in nature, layering and painting over them to create immersive digital landscapes. Music is a constant guide in my practice. Whether I am making a physical or digital piece, I let it move me, allowing rhythm and feeling to dictate the flow and energy of each piece.
At the heart of my concept is the idea that who you are doesn’t matter as much as what you do about it. My paintings are about curiosity, experimentation, and translating invisible emotions, thoughts, and rhythm into something tangible that invites reflection, connection, and interpretation.
